The venue is a public school out of term-time.
Accommodation is provided in single or double student study-bedrooms and dormitories. Bathrooms and toilets are shared among small groups of rooms, along with common rooms and limited catering facilities.
There is a limited number of single and double rooms, and these are allocated on a first-come first-served basis secured by deposit.
Alternatively, other accommodation is available in Hotels and Guest houses locally, but at your own expense, and there is an option to camp or MotorHome in the school grounds. Please speak to Andrea or Ken if you want to take either of these routes and we can discuss a package price with you.
Dogs (other than caring/guide dogs) are not allowed on the school grounds, and no dogs are allowed in the accommodation blocks. Smoking (including vaping) is not permitted in any building.
We have communal, cafeteria-style meals; dinner is provided on Monday, breakfast on Friday, and breakfast, lunch and dinner Tuesday through Thursday, with breaks mid-morning and mid-afternoon for tea/coffee. Most common special dietary needs can be accommodated.

Students with mobility issues should note that, while all teaching areas (except for the Arts suite) are flat or provided with lifts, the accommodation blocks all have at least a doorstep, and areas like the bar have several steps. The main art room is reached by a staircase, to which there is no alternative. Also, there may be up to 100 metres between the teaching areas, cafeteria and accommodation blocks. Please speak to Andrea or Ken if you think that this may pose a problem for you.
There is ample parking within the school grounds.
